摘要
目的探讨一氧化氮(NO)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)在儿童感染肺炎支原体不同时期的水平变化。方法分别检测儿童正常组、肺炎支原体(MP)感染组、肺炎支原体肺炎(MPP)组血清中NO、hs-CRP、肌酸激酶同工酶(CKMB)、肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)的含量,并对各组的检测结果进行分析比较。结果 MP感染组和MPP患儿组的NO、hs-CRP结果明显高于正常组(P<0.01),其中MPP组又明显高于MP感染组(P<0.01)。CK-MB和cTnI测定MPP组分别有6例和4例结果升高,MP感染组和正常组CK-MB、cTnI结果全部正常。结论 MPP患儿和MP感染者hcCRP阳性率高,是MP感染早期诊断的敏感指标,hs-CRP可引起心功能异常。NO介导的免疫损伤在MPP的发生发展中起着重要作用,在病理条件下,当NO代谢失衡时,可导致心肌损伤。
Objective To explore the changes in different periods of the serum NO and hsCRP levels in children with mycoplasma pneumonia (MP).Methods The content of NO,hsCRP,CK-MB,cTnI in serum were detected in normal children group and MP infection group,MPP group,and the test results of every group were analyzed and compared.Results The results of NO and hsCRP in MP infection group and MPP group were significantly higher than these in the normal group (P0.01),and they in MPP group were significantly higher than these in MP infection group (P0.01).The results of CK-MB and cTnI were measured 6 cases and 4 cases increased in MPP group.The results of CK-MB and cTnI were all normal in both MP group and normal group.Conclusion As the high positive rate of hsCRP in patients with MPP and MP infection,it was sensitive index in early diagnosis of MP infection.,hsCRP can lead to the dysfunction in heart.NO-mediated immune injury in the occurrence and development of MPP plays an important role in pathological conditions,when the metabolism of NO lose its balance,it may lead to the injury of heart.
