银屑病患者生活质量调查

Life quality of patients with psoriasis

目的探讨影响银屑病患者生活质量的相关因素,进行量化分析,评估银屑病对患者心理的影响程度。方法应用皮肤病生活质量指数(Dermatology life quality index,DLQI)对246例银屑病患者和149例神经性皮炎患者进行调查评估,采用SPSS13.0统计软件分析数据。结果银屑病患者DLQI分值显著高于神经性皮炎患者(P<0.05)。结论银屑病不仅影响生活质量,而且给患者心理带来负面影响,应及早进行联合治疗,并加大宣传以提高患者对疾病的认识,有助于疾病的恢复。

Objective To survey the life quality of patients with psoriasis.Methods Questionnaire with dermatology life quality index （DLQI） was adopted to assess the life quality and psychological changes for 246 patients with psoriasis.Results DLQI scores of patients with psoriasis were relatively higher than those in the control group （P0.05）.Conclusion The life quality of patients with psoriasis was significantly reduced,and clinically the majority of patients may have depression so that appropriate psychotherapy and other treatments should be given to them.
