摘要
幼儿园教学制度文化是幼儿园日常教学行为的重要支撑和规范。当下我国幼儿园教学制度文化呈现出机械、僵硬、形式化等诸多偏差,严重影响了幼儿、幼儿教师乃至幼儿园的发展。建立和更新以民主、和谐为内核、以理解、对话为运行保障、以多元、创新为发展动能的新型教学制度文化,是幼儿园新课改及其自身发展的必然呼唤和要求。
Culture of kindergarten teaching system is an important support and norms for kindergarten everyday teaching behavior.But it nowadays shows many deviations such as mechanical,stiff and formal.It has seriously affected the young children,kindergarten teachers and the development of kindergartens.The inevitable call and demand for kindergarten's new cumiculum reform and kindergarten's self development is establishing and updating a new culture of kindergarden teaching system,which put democracy and harmony as core,understanding and communication as indemnity,and multielement and innovation as energy.
