摘要
通过对中原油田石油残留污染土壤的微生物修复实验研究,利用优化原位土著微生物菌群辅以物理和化学相结合的修复技术,进行了土壤中石油残留污染的室内模拟降解实验,实验结果显示,土壤中残留石油含量在13420.0mg/kg、10220.0mg/kg、8660.0mg/kg、时,经过56d微生物的降解实验,土壤中石油含量降解可达62.67%~72.4%,为土壤石油残留污染的修复提供了技术方法和应用的可行性研究。
The laboratory modeling experiments of the oil residue pollution degradation in soil were carried out,which used the optimistic techniques of in-situ microbial communities combining with the physical and chemistry methods and the experimental study of microbial remediation for oil residue pollution in Zhongyuan Oil Field.The results showed that degradation rate could reach 62.27%-72.40% for oil contents of 13 420.0 mg/kg,10220.0 mg/kg and 8 660.0 mg/kg in polluted soil after 56 d microbial degradation,which provided us the technology and the feasibility study of the remediation of oil residue pollution in soil.
