足反射法为主治疗妇女更年期综合征临床观察

Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Women Chimateric Syn- drome with Reflexotherapy

本文将220例妇女更年期综合症随机分组,分别采取足部反射区按摩加穴位注射疗法(治疗组)、单纯足部反射区按摩疗法(对照1组)、单纯穴位注射疗法(对照2组)进行治疗和临床疗效对比观察,结果发现:治疗组总有效率为98.3％,对照1组总有效率为86％,对照2组总有效率为74％。经统计学处理,治疗组的总有效率分别比对照l组、对照2组的总有效率有显著差异(P<0.01)。并发现足部反射区按摩加穴位注射疗法治疗妇女更年期综合症能够显著提高临床疗效,明显缩短治愈疗程。

The authors treated 120 cases of women climateric syndrome with reflexotherapy com-bined with acupoint injection (treatment group), in contrast with 50 cases of the same disease treated only with reflexotherapy (control group 1) and other 50 cases of the same disease treated only with acupoint injection (control group2).Result : Total effective rate of the treatment group was 98. 3%, while that of the control group 1 was 86%, that of the control group 2 was 74%Comment; The combination of reflexotherapy and acu-point injection can get remarkable result in treating women climacteric syndrome and the course of treatment can be markedly shortened.
