科技投入与经济增长关系的实证分析——以安徽省为例

Empirical Analysis Based on the Relationship between Technological Investment and Economy Development in Anhui Province

科技投入是生产性投入,是反映一国或地区对科技发展重视程度的重要指标。以安徽省为例,选取7个指标,运用主成分分析方法,分析科技投入与经济发展的内在关系。实证结果表明企业、政府、高校的科技投入对地区经济发展均有促进作用,其中企业的科技投入效果最为显著,科技投入存在协同效应。因此,应继续加大对科技发展的投入力度,合理选择资金投向,提高资金使用效率,增进政府、企业、高校不同层次的科技合作,从而实现地区经济的协调、持续发展。

Technological investment is productive investment. It is an important index to reflect the extent how a country or region emphasis on scientific progress. The paper chooses 7 indexes, applying principal component analysis to analyze the relationship between technological investment and regional economy development. The quantitative anal- ysis result shows that technological investment by enterprises, government and universities can promote the development of regional economy. Enterprises＇ technological investment has significant effect among these investments. Technological investments have synergy effect. So we should continue to increase technological investment, improve the efficiency of the fund use and strengthen the cooperation of different level to realize coordinate and sustained development.
