摘要
对沸腾床渣油加氢裂化及固定床渣油加氢处理两种工艺路线进行了全厂技术经济比较,就影响经济效益的主要因素渣油性质进行了分析,结合实例计算结果指出在未来的原油选择更趋于劣质化的前提下,沸腾床渣油加氢裂化工艺路线在原油的适应性和项目的经济性上具有很强的竞争力。
The article gives an all-factory techno-economic comparison between following two process routes:residuum suspended bed hydrocracking technology and residuum fixed bed hydrotreating technology.The analysis is conducted to the properties of residual oil,which are the main factors influencing the benefit of the project.It also puts forward the opinion that residuum suspended bed hydrocracking technology is with stronger competitiveness on the adaptation of crude oil and the project economics,by case calculation under the premise that it is a trend to process more inferior crude in the future.
