公文写作应培养三种角色意识

公文是指党政机关、企事业单位及社会团体在公务活动中所使用的各类文字材料。角色原指戏剧或电影中演员扮演的剧中人物。培养角色意识对培养公文写作能力非常重要。本文认为公文写作应重视培养撰写者的单位角色意识、领导角色意识、多种角色意识等三种角色意识。公文写作角色意识的培养需要多学多思多练。

Document refers to the party and government organs, enterprises, institutions and community organizations in official activities used in various types of written materials. The role means the dramatis persons whom the performer acted in the drama or fihn originally. Training role＇s consciousness is very important to train documents writing ability. The document writing shouht focus on cultivating awareness of the role of writers in the unit, a leading role in awareness, awareness of a variety of roles such as three kinds of roles. Document writing role awareness needs to learn more thinking and more training.
