书信无论是作为一种文学体裁,还是作为一种社会现象都在式微;而相反,作为高科技时代的手机短信,因其短小、便捷而蓬勃发展。作为瞬时通讯工具,短信失去了书信所具有的文学表达的艺术魅力和情感魅力,失去了时间延绵的艺术张力,其语言也褪去了书信的规范格式和典雅表达,趋于口语化,甚至"异化"。

Letters,no matter as a literary style or social phenomenon, are less used in our days. Instead, mobile messages that come with hi-tech are on the surge for their shortness and convenience. As a tool of instant communication, letters are gradually losing their artistic and emotional attractions and time-extended tension. The language used tends to be oral expressions, or even turns to dissimilation, no longer standardized and elegant.
