摘要
导出了隔热耐磨衬里管道的截面刚度,以此为基础构造隔热耐磨衬里管道的计算模型,给出相应的应力评定条件,并分析了导致计算偏差的因素及其影响。解决了计算机程序不能进行隔热耐磨衬里管道结构分析和应力评定的问题。
This paper deduces the cross section stiffness of refractory lining piping and sets up a calculation model for refractory lining piping based on this.It presents the corresponding stress evaluation rules and analyzes the factors that cause calculating deviation and their effect.It resolves the problem that software cannot carry out structure analysis of refractory lining piping and the stress evaluation.
