摘要
大直径且高径比大的塔式设备,由于风等横向载荷的影响,裙座支撑区受压侧的局部应力因叠加而显著增大。此局部应力属于二次应力,且只位于裙座支撑区受压侧的很小的区域,如增加底封头整体厚度不尽合理。文章采用在裙座支撑区设置纵向筋板的结构进行加强,并通过有限元方法进行分析。结果表明,采用此结构加强措施可以达到和增加底封头厚度同样的效果。
With the use of large size equipment and due to the effect of wind and other transverse loads,local bending stress of the skirt support area of the tower equipment with larger ratio of height to diameter will significantly increase due to superposition.Such local bending stress is secondary stress,and only locates in small area of the skirt support area,henee,it is unreasonable to increase the thickness of the whole bottom head.In this paper,simulative ealeulation by the finite element analysis is performed for a reinforcement measure with longitudinal stiffening ribs at the skirt support area.The results show that this reinforcement measure can achieve the same effect as increasing the thickness of the bottom head.
