摘要
不锈钢复合板容器在设计、制造等方面有别于一般的碳钢、低合金钢压力容器。文章对不锈钢复合板容器设计、制造过程中的技术要点,如容器壁厚的设计、封头厚度设计、焊接接头设计、无损检测技术等相关问题进行了分析,给出了设计、制造过程中应考虑的一些要点。
With the increasing of sulfur and acid in the processing in refining unit,pressure vessels made of stainless clad steel plate are more and more widespread in petrochemical industry so that the materials may satisfy the requirements for corrosion resistance.Yet because pressure vessels made of stainless clad steel plate are different from carbon steel and low alloy steel pressure vessels in designing and manufacturing,some important technology points,such as the shell thickness design, formed heads thickness design,welding technology and nondestructive examination technology are analyzed.Some points to be considered during designing and manufacturing are presented.
