摘要
为了便于对浮头式换热器管子与管板连接接头的质量检验,壳程需要单独进行水压试验。但压力试验时,各个制造厂对浮动管板侧壳程的封闭工装结构却各式各样。根据"O"形橡胶密封圈的受压变形特性,介绍一种简单适用的浮动管板壳程水压试验封闭工装。
In order to inspect the quality of the tube-to-tubeplate connected joints in the floating head exchanger,the shell needs a separate hydrostatic test.But the closed equipment structures near the floating tube sheet by each manufacturer vary greatly in such test.Based on the characteristics of the force-deformation of Oshaped rubber ring,this paper introduces a simple and practicable way for the hydrostatic test on floating tube plate.
