摘要
对芳烃装置二甲苯塔重沸炉对流段炉管泄漏进行综合分析,找出了主要原因是炉子停工期间的垢下腐蚀,并提出了针对性的防护措施。
This paper makes a comprehensive analysis on the tube leakage of re-boiling furnace at convection section in xylem rectification tower of PX unit and finds out that the main reason is corrosion under scale produced in shutdown period.Then it brings forward pertinent preventive measures.
