摘要
随着电子器件的高度集成化及加工制造工艺手段的不断提高,电子设备功率密度越来越大,热设计面临着严峻的挑战。文中首先介绍了热设计应遵循的基本原则,然后具体介绍了选择冷却方式的准则;通过某型电源的传统热设计过程与有限元软件热分析的对比,凸显了有限元软件的优势,通过软件的对比分析得出优化设计方案,最后总结了电源热设计时的注意事项,对同类设计具有参考价值。
The power density of electronic equipment is turning greater and greater along with high integration of electronic elements and continuous enhancing of manufacture technics.Heat design is facing with a austere challenge.Firstly This paper introduces some fundamental principles about heat design.Secondly,it introduces some rules about choosing cooling methods.Through comparing the traditional heat design and the heat analysis by finite element software for a power supply,the advantages of the software is shown.Then it educes a optimized scheme.Finally,it summarizes the notices about the heat design for a power supply.This paper has a great reference values to deal with some similarity problems.
