摘要
随着电子设备内电子元件组装密度和热流密度的相应加剧,元器件体积功率剧增,自然冷却及强迫风冷的冷却方式已难以满足电子元器件热设计的需要,冷板作为一种高效成熟的换热设备,在电子设备冷却中得到广泛的应用。文中以天线基本模块中发热芯片冷却为研究对象,利用基本模块主体作为冷板,运用热分析和实验相结合的手段,构建组合天线基本模块的液冷系统。
Along with development of the electronic equipments' packing densities and hot densities are being more seriously,the power density of the electronic device is sharply increased.The natural cooling and the forced-air cooling can't satisfy the need of the electronic device's thermal design.The cold-plate which was extensively applied in the cooling system of the electronic device is a kind of highly effective and mature heat transfer equipments.In this paper,based research object on cooling heat-chip of antenna basic module,using the main body of basic module as a cold plate,and the method of combining thermal analysis with test,the water-cooling system for combinatorial antenna basic module has been constructed.
