摘要
齿轮传动在雷达天线座传动系统中被广泛采用,目前正向着高速、低噪、轻质、精密的方向发展。针对雷达天线座齿轮传动系统的特点,以其末级一对渐开线直齿轮副为研究对象,运用协同仿真技术,结合了动力学分析与有限元静强度分析,对齿轮的疲劳寿命进行了预测,得到了齿轮的S-N曲线,为齿轮的设计与维护保障提供了依据。
Gear drive is widely used in the radar antenna pedestal transmission system.At present it is developing toward high speed,low noise,light weight and high precision.This article focuses on the characteristics of the radar antenna pedestal gear drive system,and takes its last pair of involute spur gear as the study object.By the use of the cooperation simulation technology,the fatigue life prediction of transmission gear and S-N curve was gained which can provide references for the design and maintenance of the gear.
