摘要
依据DFx关键设计技术和人性化设计理念,立足于使用者的角度,车载雷达的结构设计,要充分考虑操作者的作业能力、作业强度与作业环境,加强结构的优化设计。文中提出通过面向装拆设计提升系统的机动性能、通过面向环境设计改善系统的舒适性、通过面向可靠性设计增强系统结构的稳健性、通过面向维修性设计提高系统维修的便利性,从而让使用者感到简单、方便,不仅体现设计师对人性的关怀,更有助于提高顾客的满意度。
According to DFx key technology and humanized design idea,from the viewpoint of user for structure design of vehicle-borne radar,the operational capability,operational intensity and operational environment should be considered,and the structural optimization design need to be strengthened.The mobility of radar system is promoted by design for assembly/disassembly,the coziness of system is improved by design for environment,the robustness of system structure is enhanced by design for reliability,and the convenience of maintenance is increased by design for maintainability.All these not only incarnate the designer's solicitude to humanity,but also do help for increasing the customer satisfaction,and make the user feel simple,understandable,well-used,convenient,etc.
