摘要
采用NaBH4在红麻全秆高得率浆H2O2漂前进行预处理,并与DTPA、EDTA等预处理剂在适宜条件下的预处理效果进行了比较。结果表明:NaBH4用于H2O2漂前浆料预处理可以有效提高H2O2的漂白效果,预处理后浆料白度比未预处理浆料的白度高7%,预处理的适宜条件为:NaBH4用量0.1%,温度60℃,时间10min。
This paper investigated the optimal condition of NaBH4 pretreatment in H2O2 bleaching of whole stalk kenaf high yield pulp,the effect of NaBH4 pretreatment compared with DTPA,EDTA etc pretreatment in the optimal condition of pretreatment.The results showed that NaBH4 pretreatment before H2O2 bleaching could increase the efficience of H2O2 bleaching,the brightness of pulp rose 7%ISO.The optimal condition of NaBH4 pretreatment were as follows:NaBH4 charge 0.1%,no pH control,temperature 60℃,time 10min.NaBH4 is a very good agent of pretreatment.
