高性能复合纸基摩擦材料原纸抄造工艺的初步研究 被引量:3

Preliminary Study on the Papermaking Technology of High Performance Paper-Based Friction Materials

摘要 采用碳纤维、短切芳纶纤维和芳纶浆粕、竹纤维以及海泡石绒为原料,通过湿法成形制备纸基摩擦材料原纸;探讨了原纸中海泡石绒对混杂纤维的分散作用,以及在羧基丁腈胶乳和阳离子聚丙烯酰胺(CPAM)的作用下对填料、摩擦性能调节剂的吸附和粘结效用。实验结果表明:海泡石绒对混杂纤维有良好的分散作用,并能改善浆料的留着和纸页的匀度。 Carbon fiber,chopped Kevlar fiber and aramid pulp,bamboo fiber and sepiolite were prepared and base paper of paper-based friction material were made by wet-forming.Sepiolite's dispersion on the stock was studied,its bonding effect and adsorption properties to the filler friction properties additives also were studied with CPAM and carboxylated nitrile rubber latex under added.It is showed that sepiolite has a good dispersion on the hybrid fibers,retention of stock and sheet formation also were improved.
