裸花紫珠总黄酮中槲皮素、木犀草素和阿亚黄素含量测定 被引量:5

摘要 目的:建立裸花紫珠总黄酮中木犀草素、槲皮素和阿亚黄素的含量测定方法。方法:色谱柱:DIONEX Acclaim 120C_(18)柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);以甲醇-水-冰醋酸(68:32:0.8)为流动相A;以甲醇-水-冰醋酸(100:2:0.8)为流动相B,线性梯度洗脱;流速:1.0 ml·min^(-1),检测波长为356 nm。结果:木犀草素、槲皮素和阿亚黄素分别在19.2~96.0、22.3~111.6和24.8~124.0μg·ml^(-1)的范围内线性关系良好(r=1.000 0);回收率分别为98.5%,98.8%和98.0%。结论:本方法简便,快捷,准确,可用于裸花紫珠总黄酮中木犀草素、槲皮素和阿亚黄素的含量测定。 Objective: To establish an HPLC method for the determination of quercetin,luteonin and ayanin in total flavonoids of C. nudiflora. Method: A DIONEX Acclaim 120 C18 ( 250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm) column was used under the condition of gradient elution with mobile A : methanol-water-acetic acid ( 68: 32: 0. 8 ) and mobile B : methanol-water-acetic acid ( I00: 2: 0. 8 ). The flow rate was 1.0 ml.min^-1 , the detection wavelength was set at 356 nm. Result: Three components had a good linear relationship in the concentration of 19. 2-96. 0,22. 3-111.6 and 24. 80-124.0 μg.ml^-1 (r = 1. 0000) and the recoveries were 98. 5% ,98. 8% and 98. 0% respectively. Conclusion : The method is simple, quick, accurate and suitable for determination of quercetin, luteonin and ayanin in total flavonoids of C. nudiflora.
