预混胰岛素血糖控制不佳糖尿病加用阿卡波糖的疗效观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的:观察预混胰岛素血糖控制不佳的糖尿病患者加用阿卡波糖的疗效。方法:将60例预混胰岛素血糖控制不佳的糖尿病患者随机分为加用阿卡波糖治疗组(30例)和对照组(30例),治疗3个月,比较治疗效果。结果:阿卡波糖组患者的空腹、餐后2 h血糖及糖化血红蛋白明显下降,优于对照组。结论:阿卡波糖可作为预混胰岛素血糖控制不佳糖尿病的治疗方法之一。 Objective : To study on efficacy of acarbose in the treatment of diabetes mellitus with poor glycemic control by premixed insulin. Method: Sixty diabetes mellitus patients with poor glycemic control by premixed insulin were divided randomly into 2 groups: acarbose group ( n = 30) and control group ( n = 30), the efficacy of acarbose was compared after 3 months. Result: The levels of fast- ing,2 hour postprandial blood glucose and HbA1C were decreased significantly in acarbose group, efficacy was better than that control group. Conclusion: Acarbose is one of the choices in diabetes mellitus with poor glycemic control by premixed insulin.
