追寻大学精神:学术权力视域下的高校管理反思

Reflection on the University Administration in the View of Academic Power

受中国传统官僚文化的影响,高校泛行政化现象越来越严重,已经成为制约现代高等学校制度建设的巨大障碍,一定程度上迟滞了高校的持续健康发展。为进一步提高高校办学活力,构建具有现代特质的、充满人文意蕴的大学,必须对这种现状予以有效诊治。强调学术权力合理介入高校管理,可以改变高校过于行政化的运行模式,推动大学精神的重建,因此应成为高校体制改革的一个重点。

Under the influence of the Chinese traditional bureaucratic culture,the administrativization is over-spreading in Chinese colleges and universities,which is severely hindering the construction of modern university system.In order to further advance the modern humanistic spirit in universities,we must take measures to stop the over-administrativization.One measure is to encourage the participation of academic power in school administration and this should be one of the missions in higher education reform.
