新时期研究生基层党支部建设面临的挑战与对策

On the Construction of CPC Branch of Postgraduate Students in New Era:Challenges and Strategies

近年来研究生招生规模不断扩大,现代文化的多元异质性等现实情况,对研究生的思想和价值观冲击很大,部分研究生政治信仰迷茫、入党动机不纯、党员先锋模范意识淡漠、组织生活参与热情不高。研究生基层支部工作面临着组织、教育、管理的新挑战。强化思想政治教育、加强组织建设、创新支部组织生活方式等,是新时期研究生党支部建设应对挑战的策略。

The constantly expanding postgraduate enrollment scale in recent years and the multi-heterogeneity modern culture have great impact on postgraduates’thoughts and values.Some postgraduates are unclear about their own political belief and impure motivation for joining the Party.And the student Party members do not have adequate awareness of their exemplary role,and even have little interest in the Party’s regular activities.The construction of the postgraduate students Party branch is facing new challenges in organization,education and management.We hold that the strategies to meet those challenges include strengthening the ideological and political education,underlining organizational building and innovating the mode of organizing the Party’s regular activities.
