浙江省两所儿童医院门诊抗菌药物使用调查

Survey of Antibiotics Used in the Outpatient Departments of Two Hospitals in Zhejiang Province

目的:分析儿童医院门诊抗菌药物使用情况,以提高抗菌药物使用的合理性。方法:调查温州医学院育英儿童医院和浙江医科大学附属儿童医院1998年5月份门诊自费处方9246张和11106张,分析抗菌药物的用药种类、用药频度、联合用药及用药合理性。结果:温州医学院育英儿童医院和浙江医科大学附属儿童医院门诊抗菌药物的使用率为66.34％和49.94％,抗菌药的单用率63.19％和85.21％,二联用率35.57％和14.71％。结论:两院存在一些个药使用和联用上的不合理。

The use of antibiotics in the outpatient departments of children hospitals was analyzed, with an attempt to improve use of antibiotics. 9 246 and 11 106 outpatient prescription were collected two children hospitals in Zhejiang Province in May, 1998 for the investigation of use of antibiotics in terms of type, frequency, combination use and rationality. Our results showed that the rate of antibiotics use in the hospitals was 66.34% and 49.94%, and the rate of single use was 63.19% and 85.21%, respectively. The rate of combination of two antibiotics were 35.57% and 14.71% respectively. Our results suggested that use of some single use antibiotcis were not rational.
