摘要
大连东北亚国际航运中心是集聚各种航运要素的东北亚国际经济中心。本文研究大连东北亚国际航运中心的发展思路,提出其国际运输与物流功能、国际商品贸易功能、国际信息交换功能等八大功能。最后提出大连东北亚国际航运中心建设的措施建议,为航运中心的发展提供参考。
Dalian Northeast Asia International Shipping Centre is a Northeast Asia International Economics Centre including various kinds shipping elements.The Developmental Thinking of Dalian Northeast Asia International Shipping Centre is investigated in the paper,and eight major functions are put forward,including International shipping and logistics,international merchandise trade,international message exchange and so on.In the end,some recommended practices are posed,in order to provide reference for the development of Dalian Northeast Asia International Shipping Centre.
