摘要
资金短缺、融资困难一直是制约河北省科技型中小企业发展的最大瓶颈。重点对河北省科技型中小企业融资渠道特别是外源性融资渠道进行分析,提出拓宽河北省科技型中小企业融资渠道的建议。
The financial problem is the biggest ＂bott le-neck＂,blocking HI-TECH SMEs of Hebei province expanding fleetly.This paper analyses the financing channles of HI-TECH SMEs,especially exogenous financing channles and gives suggestions about broadening financing Channles of HI-TECH SMEs in Hebei province.
