关于省直管县财政体制改革的认识与思考

近年来,省直管县财政体制改革在全国范围内广泛推行,这一举措既有浙江省的前期经验做范例,又得到了中央政府的高度肯定,深受基层政府的热烈欢迎。但是,随着改革的越发深入,其中产生的问题与弊端也是不容小视,提醒着我们要因地制宜,在改革中不断调整和完善,加强对实际省情县情的客观调查和冷静思考。

In recent years,Financial System reform of ＂Province governing County＂ is in a nation-wide implementation,the measure not only has the prerequisite experience of Zhejiang Province to do the examples,but also has been highly affirmed by the central government and warmly welcomed by the grassroots government.However,as more and more in-depth reform,which created problems and shortcomings also can not be overlooked,reminding us to pay attention to local conditions,and continuously adjust in the reform and improvement,strengthen the objective investigation and keep a cool head about the actual situation in the province.
