城市的形象定位决定了城市发展的基本方向、品质和速度,科学合理的城市形象设计对城市形成核心竞争力具有决定性意义。本文从海口市资源环境和城市发展现状出发,提出转变海口市城市经营模式的必要性,进而勾勒海口市建设海湾型城市的初步构想,最后提出海口市建设海湾型城市的重要举措。
