对外劳务输出的新模式——以江西为个案的“内陆模式”研究

Foreign labor export's new mode——take Jianxi province "inner land mode" research as example

对外劳务既有利于对外劳务输出者本人,也有利于移民原居国和移民接纳国。我国内陆地区劳动力储量丰富,为引导农村富裕劳动力合法、有序流动,各地方政府正在探索一条"三方共赢"的对外劳务输出的"内陆模式"。本文以江西为个案,通过与"沿海模式"的比较,探讨对外劳务输出的"内陆模式"的运行机制、特点和功能,以及在全球化背景下面临的挑战和机遇。

Labor migration is supposed to benefit mig rants,sending countries and receiving countries.To achieve three-win and to guarantee an orderly migration,local governments in China are exploring a new inland model,as the labor storage of inland areas is affluent.Based on a comparison with the coastal model,the present paper is attempted to analyze the inland model,its features and functioning mechanics.The paper also points out the challenges that the new model is confronted with in the global age.
