摘要
房地产业己成为国民经济的支柱产业之一,系统而全面地探讨房地产泡沫形成机制、泡沫检验以及政府如何进行有效调控等具有重要的现实意义。我国房地产市场已经体现出了较高的虚拟经济特性,而传统的房地产泡沫研究,大多是基于房地产的实体经济特性展开,已不能很好地解释房地产市场的实际情况。本文从虚拟经济视角,分析房地产的虚拟经济特性及其泡沫形成机制,并提出了相应的对策建议。
The real estate industry is one of main sup porting industries in China.It is important to do a deeply study on evolution mechanism of real estate bubble,measuring standard and effective control methods.However,it's only studying the real estate bubble based on real economy,which can't reflect the fictitious traits of real estate and explain real estate bubble well.Therefore,we discuss about the fictitious traits and mechanism of real estate bubble,and give some advices.
