摘要
针对LD10CS铝合金焊接接头易产生气孔的现象,采用外加间歇交变纵向磁场的GTAW焊接技术,选用合理的焊接规范,有效地抑制了焊缝中气孔的产生,并探讨了外加间歇交变纵向磁场抑制气孔的方法和机理。
For the porosities of LD10CS Al alloy welds, with adopting GTAW with longitudinal intermittent alternative magnetic fields and applying the optimal welding parameters, the porosities of weld are controlled. The control method and mechanism of porosities with longitudinal intermittent alternative magnetic fields are discussed.
