摘要
详细地分析了电视机的验收试验信息,结果指出,通过整机电老炼能显著地提高电视机的可靠性,其可靠性增长规律可用AMSAA-BISE模型很好地拟合,并为电视机的老炼时间提供了一种优化设计方法.
In this paper, the qualification test data are analysed. The results indicate that the failure data of sometype TV sets follow the AMSAA - BISE model, passing burn-in, the reliability of the TV sets has grown significantly.And the burn-in time of the TV sets can be designed optimally.
