周剂量多西紫杉醇、草酸铂联合卡培他滨治疗初治进展期胃癌的近期疗效观察 被引量：2

摘要 我国胃癌的发病率很高,居各种恶性肿瘤之首.由于各种因素的影响,患者明确诊断时往往已达晚期,失去手术根治的机会,故化疗成为这类患者治疗的主要手段.近年来,不断有新药用于临床,有效率和不良反应都得到了改观.2004年5月至2010年7月,我们应用周剂量多西紫杉醇、草酸铂联合卡培他滨方案治疗初治的进展期胃癌,取得较好的近期疗效,且不良反应可耐受.现总结报告如下.
