摘要
简要概述了流式细胞仪的原理,及其在水生动物研究领域中的应用,主要包括细胞的分类与分选、细胞免疫功能研究、细胞核DNA研究、精子质量评价等。
This paper mainly reviewed basic principles of flow cytometry and its application in aquatic animal research, including cell classification and sort, the analysis of cellular immune function and cellular nucleus DNA, as well as the quality evaluation of spermatozoa and so on.
