盐胁迫对菠菜幼苗抗性生理的研究 被引量:2

摘要 本文采用砂培法,研究了不同浓度的盐胁迫对菠菜幼苗叶绿素、丙二醛和脯氨酸含量以及SOD、POD、CAT等抗氧化酶活性的影响。结果表明:Na+低浓度(10、20 mg/L)胁迫时,叶绿素含量和抗氧化酶活性都高于对照组;而在高浓度(>40 mg/L)条件下,酶的活性下降、叶绿素含量降低;随Na+胁迫浓度的增大,丙二醛含量呈上升趋势,表明脂质过氧化程度在增加;脯氨酸含量表现出持续增加,增强植株对盐的抗性。 The different concentrations of Na^+ making stress on Spinacia oleracea Linn of chlorophyll , MDA and proline and several antioxidant enzymes activity were studied by using the method of indoor sand - culture. The Results show that, When Na^+ solution is in low concentration (10, 20 mg/L), the chlorophyll content, SOD, POD and the CAT enzyme activity all are higher than the control group; When under high potency ( 〉 40mg/L) condition, enzyme system is out of balance due to the increasing oxygen, plant of resistance capability is lower, several enzymes and chlorophyll show a trend of decline; In the process of experiment, proline shows a increasing trend, improving resistance of the plant . MDA is also rising, and MDA is usually used for the measurement of lipid peroxidation.
