单纯球囊扩张治疗食管良性狭窄的体会(附47例)

The experience of Simple balloon dilatation treated the patients with benign esophageal stenosis

目的评价球囊扩张术治疗食管良性狭窄的疗效。方法 47例食管良性狭窄患者,食管癌术后吻合口狭窄44例,支架置入术后再狭窄3例,予球囊单纯性扩张治疗。结果所有患者进食情况都得到不程度的改善,无严重并发症发生。结论单纯球囊扩张是治疗食管良性狭窄首选方法,可提高患者的生存质量。

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of simple balloon dilatation in the patients with benign esophageal stenosis. Methods 47 cases patients benign esophageal stenosis,44 cases were postoperative anastomotic stenosis and 3 cases were stent restenosis,all cases were treated with simple balloon dilatation. Results Dysphagia was relieved in all patients and without serious complications. Conclusion It is the first way to treat the benign esophageal stenosis with simple balloon dilatation and can improve the quality of life of patients.
