296例精神分裂症复发再次住院相关因素的分析

The analysis of relevant factors in 296 cases schizophrenia relapse and readmission

目的了解影响精神分裂症患者出院后的维持治疗,导致疾病复发、再次住院的相关因素。方法对我院2007年1月至2007年12月男女各一个疗区住院的精神分裂症患者483例进行分析。结果二次或二次以上住院患者296例,占调查总数的61.3%,其中男134例,占二次以上住院人数的45.3%,女162例,占二次以上住院人数的54.7%。复发再次住院相关因素有,家庭经济状况不佳26例(8.78%),正在求职求学21例(7.09%),家属认识不足81例(27.36%),因治病欠债16例(5.41%),病后婚变13例(4.39%),自身素质差24例(8.11%)等诸多因素。结论根据本文调查结果,精神分裂症复发、再次住院的主要原因分三大类,首次治疗不彻底、病后负担过重、巩固治疗差。

Objective To understand the relevant factorsresultedinrecurrence and readmission inmaintenance therapy after discharge in schizophrenia patients. Methods 483 cases hospitalized schizophrenic patients including men and women in a treatment area of the hospital were analyzed. Results The secondary,or more than twice hospitalization patients were 296 cases,accounting for 61. 3% in the total survey. 134 patients were male,accounting for 45. 3% in the number of more than twice hospitalization. Female were 162 cases,accounting for 54. 7% in the number of more than twice hospitalization. Relapse and readmission-related factors including poor domestic economic conditions in 26 cases （ 8. 78% ） ,seeking employment or study in 21 cases （ 7. 09%） ,inadequate understanding of the families in 81 patients （ 27. 36%） ,debt due to medical treatment in 16 cases （ 5. 41% ） ,marriage in crisis after the illness in 13 cases （ 4. 39% ） ,poor quality in 24 cases （ 8. 11%） ,and many other factors. Conclusion According to this survey,three main sub-categories in schizophrenia relapse and readmission are in below：the first time treatment is incomplete,burden after the illness is too heavy,poor consolidation therapy.
