摘要 本文介绍了泵站采取并联电容器组进行无功补偿的优缺点和电容器柜的一般结构和操作原则,分析了无功补偿电容器柜保护控制设备存在的问题和电容器组发生熔断器烧坏及电容器渗漏油、外壳膨胀、爆破、异常声响、闪络放电等故障原因。如何保证并联电容器运行的安全性和可靠性,已成为泵站电气维护工作中十分重要的问题。本文浅析泵站并联电容器柜损坏的原因,并阐述了运行维护原则及故障处理措施,为今后的泵站运行维护提供了可以借鉴的经验。 This paper introduced the advantages and disadvantages of the pump with shunt capacitor set for reactive compensation, and also introduced the general structure and the operation principles of capacitor ark. It also analyzed the problems of reactive and compensative capacitorˊs protection control equipments and the reasons of oil leakage, shell inflation, blasting, abnormal sound and flashover discharge breakdown of shunt capacitor. How to ensure the shunt capacitor running safety and reliability has become a very important electrical maintenance problem. In order to provide references for pump operation maintenance, this paper introduced the damage causes of shunt capacitor ark and explained the principles of operation maintenance and fault treatment measures.
