黑加仑多糖提取工艺的研究

摘要 以黑加仑汁原浆为原料,研究了超声波辅助下黑加仑粗多糖的提取工艺,试验结果表明:超声波功率80W、超声波处理时间为40min、提取温度60℃、料液比为3∶1,黑加仑粗多糖得率为1.805g/100mL。
