从一起家庭聚集性发病的社区获得性肺炎看肺炎支原体肺炎 被引量：4

摘要 肺炎支原体肺炎是由肺炎支原体引起的呼吸道和肺部的急性炎性改变，是非典型肺炎的一种。刘又宁等对北京地区成年人社区获得性肺炎（CAP）的致病原进行了多中心抽样调查，结果显示在被调查的103例CAP中，肺炎支原体感染占22．3％。在不久的将来，
