摘要 介绍基于CAN总线的合肥国家同步辐射实验室光束线及储存环真空监控系统设计和用于监控带有CAN总线接口的两种类型超高真空计 (热阴极电离真空计和冷阴极磁控真空计 )及其联锁保护单元。多个真空计及其联锁保护单元通过CAN的控制器挂到CANBUS上 ,通过CANBUS与监控计算机互联 ,形成多主机局部控制网。 The Control Area Network(CAN) Protocol used in the vacuum supervision and control system of the Storage Ring and Beamlines in the National Synchronized Radiation Laboratory was described.The vacuum gauges and the vacuum protection control interlock unit with the integrated CAN interfaces were also briefly discussed.If used in the storage ring and beamlines,the CAN BUS may provide the real time,reliable vacuum supervision and control of the storage ring and beamlines in high noise environment because of the many advantageous features of the CAN protocol,such as its powerful error detection capability,its user friendliness and its high reliability.
