目的建立浊毒型慢性胆囊炎豚鼠模型的复制方法,提供符合浊毒证中医证候特征及表现的实验动物模型,并对模型加以分析和评价。方法将60只豚鼠随机分为6组,即正常对照组、石胆酸模型组、外因浊毒型慢性胆囊炎模型组(外因模型组)、内因浊毒型慢性胆囊炎模型组(内因模型组)、内外因浊毒型慢性胆囊炎模型组(内外因模型组)、内外因浊毒型慢性胆囊炎模型防治组(内外因模型防治组),每组10只。正常对照组动物采取常规喂养,石胆酸模型组以石胆酸灌胃,外因模型组置于湿热环境中饲养,内因模型组给予不规律饮食、肥甘和污染饲料、以5%乙醇溶液和0.5%辣椒水溶液交替代替饮水,内外因模型组采用以上综合影响因素造模,内外因模型防治组采用综合影响因素造模的第31d开始给予消浊解毒汤。第61d观察实验动物症状、体征,检测相应生理指标。结果内外因模型组动物的症状、体征符合中医浊毒型慢性胆囊炎的临床表现,相应生理指标符合临床表现。结论此模型复制方法可靠、重现性强、成功率高;动物模型符合中医浊毒型慢性胆囊炎的病因病机,相应指标与临床浊毒型慢性胆囊炎表现一致。

Objective To establish method for duplication of chronic cholecystitis guinea-pig model with turbid-toxin.,provide experimental animal model according to characteristics of turbid-toxin of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods The etiological factors of chronic cholecystitis with turbid-toxin,irregular eating,contaminated feed,5% alcohol and 0.5% pepper solution replacing water,hot and humid environment were applied in guinea-pig for duplication of chronic cholecystitis guinea-pig model with turbid-toxin.Guinea-pig were divided into normal group,lithocholic acid model group,exopathic chronic cholecystitis model with turbid-toxin group（exopathic model group）,intrinsic chronic cholecystitis model with turbid-toxin group（intrinsic model group）,exterior and interior chronic cholecystitis model with turbid-toxin group（exterior and interior model group） and exterior and interior chronic cholecystitis model with turbid-toxin prevention and cure group（exterior and interior model prevention and cure group）.Routine feeding,lithocholic acid,hot and humid environment,irregular eating,contaminated feed,5% alcohol and 0.5% pepper solution replacing water,integrated methods and integrated methods combined with Qingzhuo Jiedu decoction were applied in different group above description.The symptoms,sign and physiological index of experimental animals were observed at 61st day.Results The symptoms and sign of animals in exterior and interior model group were consistent with clinical manifestation of chronic cholecystitis with turbid-toxin of traditional Chinese medicine.Achievement ratio of animal model duplication was 85%.Conclusion This method for duplication of chronic cholecystitis guinea-pig model with turbid-toxin.is reliable,powerful reproducibility,high achievement ratio.The symptoms,sign and physiological index is coincidence with clinical chronic cholecystitis with turbid-toxin.
