斑马鱼早期胚胎神经形成过程中SOD表达特点研究 被引量:6

摘要 为了解以超氧化物歧化酶(Superoxide dismutase,SOD)为代表的抗氧化酶系统在胚胎发育过程中的建立及其对胚胎发育的影响,通过免疫组化方法,研究了SOD在斑马鱼早期胚胎发育神经系统中的表达特点。结果表明,在体节分化的不同时期,SOD在脊索、神经管、眼等部位呈不同程度的表达;咽弓形成时期,SOD在咽弓中表达微弱,在脑组织中表达较强;至孵化期,SOD在终末器官中的表达程度不尽相同,其在大脑区域的表达略强于间脑区域。说明在斑马鱼早期胚胎神经形成过程中,以SOD为代表的抗氧化酶系统已经开始逐步形成,维持胚胎组织细胞中活性氧(ROS)的正常浓度,确保胚胎正常发育。 The present experiment was conducted to study the expression of superoxide dismutase(SOD) for antioxidant enzyme system and its effects on the embryo development during the morphogenesis in Danio rerio.The characteristic expression of SOD in nervous system was observed during early embryonic development stage using immuno-histochemical method.The results showed the expression of SOD at different segmentation stage differed in many tissue viz.,notochord,neural tube,and eye.At pharynx forming stage,its expression was inadequate in pharynx,while it was sturdied in hemicerebrum.At hatching stage,the SOD showed stronger expression level in hemicerebrum compared to diencephalon.The results indicated an important antioxidative role of SOD during early embryonic development in Danio rerio to keep the normal concentration of active oxygen in cells of embryo tissues and ensure the normal development of embryo.
