摘要
文章对广西甘蔗糖业创新平台运行机制进行研究,建议广西甘蔗糖业创新平台采用虚拟组织运行模式,并构建了甘蔗糖业创新平台运行管理体系框架,提出了包括组织保障、政策保障、法律保障、资金保障等平台运行保障机制,并根据系统性、可比性和可行性等原则选取了平台绩效评估指标,提出平台绩效评估方法。研究结果可为广西甘蔗糖业创新平台建设和确保平台运行提供参考。
The present paper is an attempt to study the operational mechanism of innovation platform for sugarcane industry in Guangxi.Virtual organization was recommended as the operational mechanism of innovation platform for sugarcane industry and the architecture of the operational mechanism of innovation platform for sugarcane industry was also described in this paper.The security system which provided organization,policy,law and fund safeguard for innovation platform for sugarcane industry was put forward.According to the principles of systematization,comparability and feasibility,evaluation indexes for evaluating operational performance of innovation platform were selected and its assessment methods have been proposed.The results of this study could provide references to the construction of innovation platform for sugarcane industry in Guangxi and guarantee of its normal operation.
