摘要
薄壁零件已日益广泛地应用在各工业部门,因为它具有质量轻、节约材料和结构紧凑等特点,为了解决薄壁零件在加工过程中所存在的问题,本文以典型轴类薄壁零件为例对其加工方法进行了较为全面的分析,并总结出了一些实际可行的加工方法,为同类薄壁零件加工提供了借鉴。实践证明,合理的加工方法、装夹方式及切削参数攻克了此类零件的加工工艺问题。
Thin-wall work pieces have already been applied in all kinds of industry parts because of light weight,material saving,compact structure and so on,for solving the existing problems during the thin-wall piece turning process,the paper carried on a great deal of analysis for processing method by taking the typical axis thin-wall work pieces for instance,and got some practical processing methods,which provided the experiences for the same kinds of pieces.Results showed that the reasonable machining method and technical parameter could solve the technical problem of this kind of work piece effectively.
