摘要
采用燃烧法合成SrAl2O4:Eu2+,Dy3+长余辉发光材料,利用荧光分光光度计、X射线衍射仪(XRD)等分析测试手段,研究了尿素添加含量对最终产物的发光性能、物相组成的影响。结果表明,合成产物的发射主峰在514nm处,激发主峰在350nm左右,均为Eu2+的特征发射和特征激发。随着尿素含量的增加,产物的发光强度和激发强度均呈现先增后减的规律;XRD测试显示,适当比例的尿素添加有助于提高产物的结晶强度,并可以得到较纯的SrAl2O4基质,保证了产物发光性能的优良。最终确定尿素与硝酸银的较佳配比为2∶1。
Long afterglow luminescent materials SrAl2O4∶Eu2+,Dy3+ were synthesized by combustion method.The samples of different urea content were characterized by fluroescence spectrophotometer,X-ray diffraction(XRD)and luminescent properties and phase compositions of the phosphors are discussed.The results indicated that the main emission peak was at 514 nm and the main excitation peak was around 350 nm.They were characteristic emission and excitation of Eu2+.The performance can be improved with the urea content increased at first,but descended later.The XRD results showed that the proper addition of urea was contributed to the increase of Crystallinity,and single phase of SrAl2O4 can be obtained.The best ratio of urea and nitrate radical was 2∶1.
