党外代表人士教育培训工作是党的干部教育培训工作的重要组成部分,也是党和国家干部教育培训体系的重要组成部分。新形势下提高党外代表人士教育培训工作的科学化水平,必须在党委的统一领导下建立党委统战部牵头协调、相关部门各负其责的教育培训工作体制机制;充实和完善教育培训的内容,进一步增强教育培训的针对性;树立现代教育理念,改进和完善教育培训的方式方法;深化改革,加强党外代表人士教育培训的体系建设。

The education and training for non-Party representatives constitute an important part of training for the cadres of CPC,as well as in important part of the education and training systems for cadres of the CPC and the State.Under the new circumstances,in order to improve the scientific education and training for non-Party representatives,we must establish,under the leadership of the Party Committee,the training system that initiated and coordinated by the Party Committee and the United Front,with each department take their own responsibilities.We must enrich and improve the training and education programs,and making them well targeted.We must establish concepts of modern education,and improve the training methods.We must strengthen the reform,and enhance the construction of the training system for non-Party representatives.
