摘要 环氧植物油是一种新型无毒增塑剂;玉米油富含多不饱和脂肪酸,是制备环氧植物油良好原料。该实验以硫酸铝为催化剂进行环氧化反应合成环氧化玉米油,研究反应时间、甲酸用量、双氧水用量、反应温度、催化剂用量等因素对环氧化反应影响。通过正交试验得到优化工艺条件为:玉米油30 g、甲酸用量11 ml、双氧水用量35 ml、硫酸铝用量5%、反应温度50℃、反应时间9 h;在此条件下所得产品环氧值达6.3%。 Epoxidized vegetable oils were developed as a new type of non–toxic plasticizers.Corn oil rich in unsaturated fatty acidsw,hich can be selected as raw materials to prepare epoxidized corn oil.In this paper,aluminum sulfate was used as catalyst during the epoxidization of corn oil.The effect of reaction parameters such as reaction timel,oad of formic acidl,oad of hydrogen peroxidea,nd reaction temperaturec,atalyst load on the epoxidization of corn oil were investigated.The optimum reaction conditions were as follows:30 g corn oil1,1 ml formic acid3,5 ml hydrogen peroxider,eaction temperature 50℃a,nd reaction time 9 h.The epoxy value(6.3%) of epoxidized corn oil was obtained under these conditions.
