This thesis talks about the rapid development of vehicle industry in our country and its trend in the future,and analyzes the big development space for vehicle service market,rising need of vehicle maintenance specialists and lack of professionals in vehicle service field.It proposed the necessary theory and skill requirement for vehicle maintenance specialists,as well as detail procedure like training aim and mode of high education for vehicle majors.
